Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") defines how personal data of users of the hashyra.pro platform (the "Platform", "Service") is processed and protected, in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" ("152-FZ").

The Policy applies to all personal data the Operator receives from users when using the website, account dashboard, registration forms, and support requests.

By using the Platform, the User confirms they have read this Policy. Certain actions (registration, support requests) may require separate consent to personal data processing.

The personal data operator is Hashyra Limited, Company No. 251841, an International Business Company incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles under the International Business Companies Act, 2016, with registered office in Victoria, Seychelles (date of incorporation: 31 July 2026) (the "Operator"). The Operator administers and technically supports the Hashyra platform (hashyra.pro).

For questions about personal data processing, exercising data subject rights, or withdrawing consent, contact Support in your account dashboard (for registered users).

The Operator processes personal data directly or through authorized processors required to operate the Platform, only to the extent necessary for processing purposes.

When registering and using the Service, the Operator may process: email address; name (full name or display name); password in encrypted/hashed form; Telegram username (if provided); referral code; technical data (IP address, user-agent, browser and device information); session and security logs; account operation data; support messages and attachments (if submitted).

When using the website, cookies and similar identifiers may be processed — see the Cookie Policy.

The Operator does not request or intentionally process special categories of personal data (health, biometrics, etc.).

Personal data is processed to: register and identify users; provide Platform functionality (wallets, operations, support); ensure account security and prevent abuse; perform the user agreement; handle support requests; improve the Service (with consent for analytics cookies).

Legal bases under 152-FZ include: data subject consent; performance of a contract (Terms of Use) to which the subject is a party; the Operator's legitimate interests where subject rights are respected (security, abuse prevention).

Refusing to provide data required for registration and use of the Service makes the relevant functionality unavailable.

The Operator may collect, record, organize, store, update, use, transfer (provide/access), depersonalize, block, and delete personal data using automated and non-automated means.

Personal data is retained no longer than necessary for processing purposes, unless a longer period is required by law or contract. Account data is kept during use of the Service and for a reasonable period after account deletion to fulfill obligations and protect the Operator's rights.

Processing may occur on servers located outside the Russian Federation, subject to cross-border transfer requirements (see section 07).

The Operator implements legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, or disclosure.

Measures include, among others: access controls; encryption and hashing of sensitive data; logging; backups; secure communication channels (HTTPS).

Absolute security of information on the Internet cannot be guaranteed.

The Operator may share personal data with contractors (hosting, email delivery, analytics, bot protection) only to the extent necessary for processing purposes and subject to confidentiality obligations.

When analytics services (e.g. PostHog) are used, technical data may be transferred outside the Russian Federation (including EEA countries). Such transfer occurs with the User's consent to analytics cookies or on other grounds permitted by 152-FZ.

The Operator does not sell personal data to third parties.

The Platform uses essential cookies (session, CSRF, security) and, with your consent, analytics cookies.

The User may: obtain information about processing of their personal data; request correction, blocking, or deletion if data is incomplete, outdated, or unlawfully processed; withdraw consent (where processing is consent-based); lodge a complaint with Roskomnadzor or a court.

To exercise rights, contact Support. The Operator will respond within timeframes set by 152-FZ.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal and may make some Service features unavailable.

During registration, the User separately confirms consent to personal data processing for the purposes stated in this Policy.

Consent may be withdrawn by contacting Support. Essential cookies and data required to perform the contract and comply with law may still be processed regardless of withdrawal of consent for optional purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable Russian law, the Operator is not liable for losses related to processing or loss of data.

The Operator may change this Policy. The current version is published on the website and takes effect upon posting unless stated otherwise.

Continued use of the Platform after changes means acceptance of the updated Policy.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, including 152-FZ.

Disputes related to personal data processing are resolved in accordance with Russian law.
